OMG talk about a language barrier. Its painful to try to communicate with these people. They put the best English speaking guys on the Sales lines and the worst on the Customer Service lines.
I tried dealing with them for a little while and gave up! Let say we didn’t part ways amicably. They are very unprofessional! And that 6 month contract is CRAZY!
